Appointments

The practice operates both appointment and 48 hour access surgeries. 

Appointments are for 10 minutes.  If you need a special appointment e.g. Asthma /Diabetes, have an urgent problem, or have a preference of Practitioner, please inform the receptionist when making an appointment. 

The Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant are available by appointment.

Failure to keep an appointment causes inconvenience and denies other patients the opportunity to see the Doctor.  Please inform reception if you cannot attend.

Emergencies

Monday – Friday   09.00 am – 6.00 pm

In the case of an emergency please telephone the surgery on: (028) 9066 7595 and you will be directed from there on what to do next.  

Home Visits

It would be appreciated if requests for home visits are received before 10.30 am.

They should only be requested for patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery.

Please remember the Doctor can see several patients at the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to the Doctor or Nurse, please telephone reception and give brief details of the problem/query. The receptionist will inform you when you can ring back or if urgent will take your telephone number so that someone can return your call.
